ReplyDeletei would love to read some of your thoughts on what it was like to quit your regimen , how it is day to day...im doing the same at the moment and ive heard from another FB friend who wants to stop after 20 years of side effects.... and not much else. Its a brave decision and my hopes and prayers are with you both and family , that you get all the help to do it successfully. Whatever happens dont ever say never if you get in a difficult place .
