Duesberg really had it on target when he called this dis-ease AID$ by prescription.
Don't you think for one moment that the AID$ industry doesn't know what they are doing with this well orchestrated campaign of drug poisoning.

For those of you that are not aware of my recent situation, for the past six months I have been struggling with a rectal abscess. This is an incredibly painful wound in an area that has a very difficult time healing. It's considered a "dirty" area that is used regularly, so that makes healing hard.
I have spent the past three months in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. I can say nothing but excellent things about this form of treatment. It can be used for many different problems and really works wonders. The only thing with this therapy is that it is a very slow process. I am just now winding down on my 47th treatment this week.
Hopefully, I'm done.
Without this treatment though I'm not sure where I'd be.

And a tough journey it's been. A few months back, a surgeon did a flap reconstruction on the wound. Basically a skin graft. As part of it did not take, I continued to bleed. Originally the doctor stated that he needed to go back in and do some more work.
Once he discovered that I did not take the HAART drugs for "HIV", he refused to do ANYTHING else to help me. Seeing a total of 5 surgeons, including a large group of Orlando Colo-Rectal doctors, they all refused my treatment based on my personal decision to not put poison into my body.
As the weeks went on, I continued to bleed until almost bleeding to death.
Literally.
I had to go in to the hospital to have 4 units of blood transfused. (hope I didn't "catch" AID$)

By taking these highly toxic and devestating drugs (for an uproven "virus") for 11 years, they have all but destroyed my entire G.I. tract. Remember friends, 80% of your immunity lies in your intestinal tract. Colon destroyed, immunity destroyed.
I have been working with some very brilliant and caring professionals in an attempt to repair the immense damage done. I have hopes, but it remains to be seen.

While today I am feeling better and getting close to my "old self" (look out) I struggle with the unprofessionalism, lack of concern, and complete ignorance of many of the doctors I met on this journey.
This continues my drive to speak out for all of those who live in fear of this indu$try of death.
I am looking forward to seeing many of you at the Rethinking AID$ 2011 conference in Washington D.C. in December.
Remember, each and every one of you has a voice. You all have rights. The nightmare that I've been through should never happen to anyone.
Get educated. Make your decisions. Don't cave to pressure. The wicked AID$ industry has made a career out of that.

Ruggiero Appointed to Board of Rethinking AIDS

SAN FRANCISCO (Rethinking AIDS) December 20, 2010 - The non-profit scientific organization Rethinking AIDS has set Dec 1, 2011 for a worldwide conference to challenge the mainstream paradigm that AIDS is an infectious disease. The conference location will be Washington, D.C.

Presenters will discuss possible causes for a lowered immune system apart from the single virus theory currently being imposed as a dogma. Medical specialists will discuss alternative treatments for the conditions that may be considered "AIDS" in HIV-antibody-positive people.

The conference will call for a dramatic reduction in AIDS spending. In the context of the national budget crisis, spending on AIDS is disproportionate to the number of patients who have fallen ill particularly as the spending is killing people, not curing them. $25 billion was spent on AIDS in 2010, but the 'epidemic' has never expanded beyond small groups within the gay and drug user communities.

A further focus of the conference will be on challenging the validity of the AIDS HIV tests. It is commonly believed that testing positive for antibodies believed to be from HIV means that a the virus is present in the blood of the patient and that the patient has AIDS. Neither is true. But patients are often frightened into taking the dangerous and expensive anti-viral medications.

In other news Rethinking AIDS has added a new member to their board of directors, Dr. Marco Ruggiero, a board-certified medical doctor and clinical radiologist. He is a full professor of molecular biology and genetics at the University of Firenze, Italy where he teaches in the Faculties of Medicine, Sciences (chemistry, biology and biotechnology) and Engineering. He spent two years as post-doctoral fellow at Burroughs Wellcome Co. (Research Triangle Park, NC, USA) in 1984-86, where he had the opportunity to collaborate and publish with Nobel Laureate Sir John Vane.

Dr. Ruggiero subsequently spent three years as post-doctoral fellow at the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Biology of the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD, USA, sharing the office with Professor Duesberg as he was visiting the Laboratory. Afterwards, he spent two years as Lab Chief at the Sigma-Tau pharmaceutical company in Milan, Italy.

Dr. Ruggiero became associate professor of molecular biology at the University of Firenze in 1992, and full professor in 2002. The research of Professor Ruggiero deals with the study of the molecular mechanisms responsible for cell transformation, signaling and death in different human pathologies from cancer to AIDS. The results of his research have been published in peer-reviewed, PubMed-indexed, scientific journals and in book chapters.

In a recent talk at an Italian conference, Dr. Ruggiero speaks of present day AIDS as a scandal and a hoax, a creature of the pharmaceutical-medical complex. He stated that the drugs that are used to treat AIDS cause cancer. He claimed billions are uselessly spent in search of a vaccine for AIDS.

Dr. Ruggiero stated that in the past three years definitive evidence has accumulated demonstrating that HIV cannot be considered the sole cause of AIDS. For example, a ten year meta-analysis of anti-retroviral therapy published in the Lancet showed that, although the medicines decreased HIV levels, they did not decrease the rates of AIDS or death. Ruggiero concludes that the virus does not cause AIDS, but instead arises as a result of a lowered immune system, thus reversing the cause-effect relationship between HIV and AIDS.

Dr. Ruggiero referred to Nobel Prize winner Luc Montagnier who stated that someone with a healthy immune system can be exposed to HIV many times without being chronically infected. It is possible for someone infected with HIV to get rid of the infection by naturally building up their immune system, without the use of anti-viral medicines.

It's ALL "HIV" anyway

Hi Friends,

I just wanted to share with you another quick update.
I saw my surgeon a few days ago and upon examination, he stated that the ulcer has shrunk down from the size of quarter to the size of a nickle. We are making progress. I attribute this to the hyperbaric chamber therapy. While it's still incredibly painful, and I still cannot sit, I suppose things are getting better.
It's been a really long and difficult road, and so much more of my life has been robbed from me in the past 4 1/2 months. Not only has my entire life ceased to function, but I've missed many events, including my 20th anniversary, Thanksgiving, and most likely Christmas this week.

Last week I had to go in for blood transfusions. I needed 4 units of blood, because these "doctors" have just let me bleed nearly to death the past few months. I'm still bleeding sporadically. When I asked the surgeon what else can be done, his reply was..."you'll just have to learn to live with the pain, bleeding and drainage. It's ALL "HIV" anyway."
What an ass. If it were his wife, I don't think think that answer would have been nearly as acceptable.
I've never dealth with so many completely ignorant people in my entire life as in the past few months.
Painful.

Luckily, I do have a local doctor here who has helped me tremendously. I don't know what I'd do without his expertise and guidance.

I'm sure either many of you have received letters like this before, or had people at least thinking this way of you. You are all such heores in this great battle for truth.

I know you have a lot going on right now and I sincerely hope you are doing well. I've been trying to keep up with your blogs- hope that the chamber will work for you soon- two hours in a tube sounds good to me on crazy busy days but I know in reality it must be tough.

Anyways, I am just wanting to say THANK YOU.

My husband has recently had a health scare and we had to spend a few days in the hospital undergoing some rather scary tests etc. He's still out of work and still in the "undiagnosed" stages but we are hopeful it isn't serious.

The fact is... before knowing your story I wouldn't have thought twice about questioning anything that the dr's or nurses wanted to give him or do to him. I'd have let them hook up IV's and give him injections under the assumption that "dr knows best".

Instead- I questioned everything (shocking how you ask "What is in that IV and what is it for?" and the nurse says, "uhhh ummm... I don't know.") I didn't allow them to do any tests until I RESEARCHED THEM myself. I sent them away when they tried to give him blood thinners, stool softeners, and the "I don't know" fluids. I even felt educated, confident, and bold enough to tell a doctor off in front of the entire cardiac wing and the nurses station. LoL

She wanted to drug my husband into cooperation... I told her she better have enough shots for herself and me too because it was about to get UGLY. ROFL Cracked the nurses up!

I really do want to thank you for sharing your story and all the links about the corruption not just in the world of "hiv" but in several areas of the health care industry.

I was just another trusting sheep for so many years... thanks to your willingness to share you story and your advocating for what is "true" so many things have changed for me.

We are also trying to implement more "healthy" eating - slow going as we have been doing it wrong for soooo long- but I appreciate your sending me all the right links to get me started at least. =)

I truly believe that at one point your story helped save my husbands life- because when they came in with the blood thinner they planned to also give him aspirin- which he is allergic to! Had I just sat back compliantly and asked nothing- he might not be here now.

Happy World AID$$$$$$$ Fraud Day!

So, I'm just sitting here this morning thinking about the size of corruption and fraud that has been thrust upon the world over the past 25+ years in all that is "HIV". This little column today is dedicated to all of those that have lost their lives to the evil, wicked AID$ indu$try and have been poisoned to death by their "life-saving" drugs.
So, so many lives. Wasted. Murdered. All in the name of money$. Power. Prestige.
My heart is sad today for so many whose lives were cut short, all in the name of Gallo, Fauci, Moore, and the likes.
I'm not sure what must happen to a person to grow up and become like these men. Heartless. Cruel.
Fortunately, with the Internet and the massive amounts of information exchange these days, people are becoming aware of this fraud. Lives ARE being saved.

I'm thinking of other world-wide frauds that have been thrust upon the people over the years. Anyone care to comment on other atrocities and how long they lasted?

I am a firm believer that lies can only go on for so long.
Some of the people are ignorant all of the time, but not everyone is ignorant forever.
With so much excellent and damming information that can be easily accessed surrounding the junkscience about "HIV", the world IS waking up.

A Real Mental Challenge

Hi Friends,

I've been wanting to post an update on my situation, but I haven't really had any major changes to report yet.
So far, I've had 21 HBOT (hyperbaric) treatments and I've got to tell you, that this is one of the hardest mental challenges I've ever had to go through. Yes, the chamber is clear, so I can see out of it. Yes, I can watch T.V. or movies, but to lay inside this small capsule for 2 hours every single day, day after day after day.........well, it's overwhelming to say the least. No, I can't bring a book in.
You'd think the longer I'm doing it, the more accustom to it I'd get. No, not really. I'm finding it harder and harder to gear myself up for it each day.
Now don't get me wrong, this treatment is phenomenal. I've read many studies on HBOT and talked a lot with the doc's and tech's that run the center. And other patients too. They've had great success in using HBOT on many types of wounds. I've even been told of a number of other patients with wounds such as mine who've healed nicely with HBOT. Apparently, the first 20 treatments one doesn't see major changes, but the second set of 20-30 is where the big improvements come in. Mine is an incredibly difficult area to heal. But I would say I'm about 10-15% better (on most days).

I'm continuing on with my other therapies as well. I.V. Vit C and glutathione plus UVBI - Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation therapy. My doctor and I are also discussing other treatments that have been shown to help repair michochondrial/cellular/DNA/organ damage.

Hey, here's one way to prevent massive amounts of damage to your system: STAY OFF "HIV" drugs.
The problems I've suffered physically, mostly G.I. tract damage, are directly related to 11 yrs of cytotoxic, poisonous, DNA-chain destroying drugs used against the mythical "HIV". The best way to avoid this is to stay away from mainstream doctors, especially infectious disease doctors. These people are completely ignorant of the science (or lack there of) surrounding anything "HIV" related. They will make every attempt to terrorize you, instill fear, use the most unbelievable intimidation tactics you've ever heard to make you submit. Believe me, my recent experience at an Orlando hospital would be enough to think that you were in a freaky sci-fi movie. I will write more in depth of my experiences in that hospital someday. You would be shocked to hear some of the statements that were made by the "doctors" there. Or maybe not.

There is no reason one would ever need to take drugs like these. If you are in poor health, or struggling with bacterial/fungal/microbial issues, find out why and treat it accordingly. Please consider very carefully before you willingly, or under great duress from fear and terror, put poison into your body.
And PLEASE don't listen to these quacks when they try to tell you that "all drugs have side effects". Yes, that's true. And sometimes side effects might be justified if you have a REAL infection that must be addressed.
"HIV" is NOT one of them.
Please, please, please, do your homework. Do your own due dilignece. My mission is to someday never hear another story about people like me. About people like many of you. We are survivors for a reason. It's to make a change. It's to help save lives.
Sometimes that requires being really open and honest about one's personal medical situation. I will continue to tell you everything I can about my experiences. And in turn, I pray that others will continue to question this false paradigm, do their own research, and be strong enough to make the right decisions for their personal health and well being.

No major changes yet. Just finished 5 days of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Everyone has very high hopes for that treatment, but it just takes time. Most likely 30-40 dives. Insurance is still giving us a hard time about paying.

All of the studies on it are amazing though.

I've read a good bit now about rectal ulcers and abscesses in the G.I. tract. (most of the studies are on patients that are not considered "HIV positive"). They all have extremely difficult times healing due to the fact that it's a "dirty" area. But, the ones that have hyperbaric treatment have had the most success in healing.

Still in a lot of pain. My doc says that my body is incredibly strong with no major immune problems if it is able to create fevers and immune responses for this long.

My only advice to anyone newly "diagnosed" as positive on one of these extremely fraudulent "HIV" antibody tests:

Think very long and hard before you succumb to any of these cytotoxic, black-box drugs that will ultimately destroy you and all of your body systems.

Even though the large majority of the time I usually feel very good and lead a very active and busy life, my G.I.tract has most likely suffered irreparable damage from 11 years of chemotherapy. My only problems today are a result of those drugs.

When people hear chemotherapy they generally think of cancer. But antibiotics are also chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is simply the treatment of disease with chemicals.

AZT, the quintessential ARV, was developed in the 1960s as cancer chemotherapy to kill human cancer cells. AZT is even used today to treat a variety of human cancers by non-specifically killing cells.

Anonymous: ARVs are highly specific meds. Each class targets specific enzymes that HIV requires to replicate. They do not indiscriminately kill other cells.

The most obvious proof that the ARVs are not specific is the broad and general toxicities of these drugs, most prominently listed in the black box warning labels that accompany them. The DNA chain terminating nucleoside analogs have been shown to be incorporated into human DNA with the aid of a series of human enzymes. The HIV protease inhibitors are known to inhibit certain human aspartyl proteases and some cytochrome p450 enzymes in the liver.

These were some of the pathetic and shocking statements we heard last week by 7 different doctors.

Now, I realize that we are rapidly losing our rights in this country, but at this very moment in time, we still have the right over our own bodies (as long as we are conscious and sane.). I still have the right to choose whether or not to swallow poison. My personal choice is to not now, not ever again, take the chemo-compound, cytotoxic drugs that have maimed and killed hundreds of thousands of people.
All sacrificed at the "alter of AIDS".
All to make others rich and feel prestigious.
This, my friends, is the epitome of evil. Rotten to it's very core.
Cell killing drugs for a supposed retrovirus, many say does not rightly exist. Retroviruses have long been known to do absolutely... nothing.
The wily "HIV" is the first.

As far as the doctors we've dealt with as of late, they all refused to perform an operation that I will literally need to continue to survive, because of my "lower immune status".
Are cancer patients, who have also been poisoned with chemo and have lower immunity, regularly refused surgery?
Are Jehovah's Witnesses who refuse blood also denied life-saving surgery?
Are trauma victims who come in sliced open and broken apart refused surgery based on the fact that they "might" end up with post-op infection?

The answer is "no".

This, my friends, is all about a power trip. These doctors had no issue with doing surgery AS LONG AS I would swallow their poison.

Have you ever found yourself taking a long, horrific, and unexpected journey through the bowels of hell?
Has it ever even occurred to you that you may end up being forced into taking this little trip through the world of modern medicine?
Would you ever, in your wildest dreams, think that you would have to play a game, literally, with bargaining chips, to get a surgery that was rapidly becoming crucial to saving your life?

This is what I've been dealing with the past 2 weeks. The story is so long and horrifying, it would bring tears to the eyes of the strongest if I had the time to share every little detail.

I'm going to condense this into a nutshell, because so many people have asked and expressed the help and concern.

Although I was not in a considered "risk group", I believed in doctors, medicine, and tests.
I believed what they told me. I willingly submitted to taking very toxic anti-retroviral drugs for 11 years, believing the entire time that I was infected with a deadly, killer virus.
Every single day, from June 1996-April 2007, I swallowed AZT, 3TC, Crixivan and then Sustiva.

After immense research into the genocidal world of HIV/AIDS, I quit all of these drugs in April 2007.
Since then, I have been on a journey trying to rebuild and repair the damage done by the black-box, nucleoside analogue, cell killing poisons.

Overall, I have felt fairly well the past 3 1/2 years since quitting these drugs.
I lead a very active life. I jog. I am raising two teenagers. I'm involved in a number of different things that keep me busy. My husband and I will have our 20th wedding anniversary on Oct. 6th.

I am the AIDS establishment's worst nightmare.

The biggest problem that I've been struggling with since quitting these drugs is a large amount of damage to the gastrointestinal tract. I do not digest food well. I don't have much stomach acid. There is no peristalsis left in the colon. The colon appears almost "dead". And when I do move my bowels, it's all diarrhea. In the past 2 years, I've been dealing with an anal fissure, produced by struggling and immobility.
All of this is a direct result of drug damage from the "life-saving" ARV's.

About 6 weeks ago, I began to run fevers and had increased and constant rectal pain.
After 2 weeks, I went to see a colo-rectal surgeon who immediately took me up to surgery that day.
What he found was a fairly large rectal ulcer, about an inch by an inch, sitting near the sphincter. It is eating it's way through the colon wall and into the vagina. Once the wall is breached, there will be cross-contamination and a recto-vaginal fistula is formed.
Side note: I had a recto-vaginal fistula in 1992 due to a botched episiotomy after delivery of my first child. So this is already a "weak" area.
The surgeon drained and debrided the wound and took biopsies.
His plan was to go back in over the next couple of months and do 2 or 3 more surgeries to lay skin grafts to repair the hole.

Three weeks after this initial surgery, I was still running low grade fever and experiencing pain.
I was admitted to the hospital for I.V. antibiotics.
Due to conflicting pathology reports, we are having the samples sent to an indepentant lab for review.
One sample found CMV in the wound,other samples were negative for all virus and bacteria. There is no evidence (from the blood cultures) of CMV, or anything else, anywhere in the body or blood.
I allowed them to run I.V. gancyclovir for 3 days while in the hospital. While on this BLACK BOX drug, I experienced exploding headaches, nausea, and vomiting, and an increase in liver enzymes.
They blamed all of that on "HIV" and CMV. I had them discontinue the drug, against their "better advisement" to me. I immediately felt better.

Due to my low CD4 count, which was always low while 11 years on the drugs, the surgeon then refused to go back in and do any more surgery.
UNLESS.......I submit to taking the BLACK BOX ARV's that almost killed me the first time around.
He, and no less than 7 other surgeons (and I.D. doctors) attempted to blackmail me into taking these drugs. Every surgeon I saw told me that they would not operate UNLESS I take ARV's.
These doctors looked me right in the face and told me that I was "on my last legs", would "never lived to see my daughter get married", and would be "dead any time now".
We have even had other consults this week since being out of the hospital. One doctor who refused to help told me that eventually the wound would perforate and I would bleed to death.

Up until just a few months ago, I was still incredibly active.
My (major) problem now is that I have an open wound, a hole, in the colon that will only get worse and cannot find one ethical surgeon ANYWHERE (so far) to step up to the plate and help repair this issue.
Although these doctors continue to tell me how immune suppressed I am, based on just a CD4 count, all of my other lab work is pretty good. It does not indicate a non-working immune system.
Not to mention, I do not get sick with anything.

At the moment, I am feeling okay, other than the pain. I am home. I am up and moving a lot. We are pursuing many options daily. So far though, we have not found ONE surgeon willing to do the right thing and fix a legitimate surgical problem.

So, I thank you all for your concerns and prayers. Our search continues.
I am alive and well (for the most part) but the situation will continue to worsen and could get desperate quickly if all help is refused.

My advice: stay far away from the overwhelming evil of the AIDSMafia and consider very strongly before ever taking ARV's. The bullshit, the blackmail, and the terrorism involved in this genocidal scandal of the century is unlike anything I could ever imagine in my wildest dreams.

We just returned last night from another show. This show, in particular, we were asked to attend, because the organizers felt that our message was so important that it needed to be heard. For that, we are very thankful to them in supporting us.

We set up our "Rethinking AIDS" booth among the many other vendors who also had wonderful, "think outside the box" health and healing information to share. It became quite obvious to us as the day went on that most of the people in attendance had already had experience with "mainstream medicine", and had adequately been burned.
We spoke to many people who were very interested in the flaws behind the theory that HIV kills t-cells and causes AIDS. We discussed the non-standardization of the tests, we explained many of the numerous conditions that will cause a "positive antibody test" result, we explained the fact that "HIV" has NEVER been properly isolated and purified, according the the rules of virology, how it fails Koch's Postulates, the huge indiscrepancies between "AIDS" in America and "AIDS" in Africa, the dangers of the highly toxic drugs...and much, much more.

We handed out many flyers promoting the fantastic, thought-provoking new film "House Of Numbers". Our audience was very excited to hear that this film had just made it's theatrical release, and would be on DVD soon. All were looking forward to seeing the movie and what "mainstream doctors, scientists, and researchers" from the past 25 yrs are now saying about HIV and AIDS.

"House Of Numbers" ignites controversy

As far as my own personal opinion goes, if I were still "on the other side" of this debate, I'd be losing my mind too. Once you see this film, and the comments by the top doctors, scientists, and researchers in "HIV science" from the last 25 yrs, you will be shocked at what you THOUGHT you knew about HIV and AIDS too. And you'll come away realizing that there are a lot more questions surrounding this paradigm than answers. If we can't trust these guys, who can we trust?

Brent Leung, a young Canadian filmmaker, has just released House of Numbers, which explores every basic official fact about AIDS—and finds these facts shot through with doubts and holes.

In 1985, an African definition of AIDS was framed by Western scientists so that, without any defining test, an eyeball diagnosis could be made. The result? Untold numbers of Africans who have exhibited obvious signs of ordinary immune suppression and lives lived in poverty have been arbitrarily called AIDS victims.

For several reasons, the standard blood tests for HIV (Elisa and Western Blot) are unreliable. Worst-case, a person could submit to a test, and merely depending on what country he lived in, he could be diagnosed positive or negative.

The drugs given for AIDS are highly toxic, and can cause death in the short or long term.

In what is perhaps the most shocking moment of the film, Nobel Laureate Luc Montagnier, the co-discoverer of HIV, states that a person with a strong immune system should be able to throw off the effects of the virus.

Coming from anyone else, this remark would be cast off like some piece of nonsense, especially since it torpedoes the whole billion-dollar pharmaceutical assault on AIDS. But Montagnier is one of the brightest stars in the HIV-research firmament.

When advance clips of the film were released, Montagnier’s statement caused a firestorm, and charges were leveled that Leung had edited that remark to twist its meaning and context. Leung then posted footage (cut out of the final edit ofHouse of Numbers) that showed Montagnier had gone even further in his assessment that HIV was not a lethal virus.

Another Nobel Laureate, Kary Mulllis (1993, Chemistry), appears on camera attacking the HIV=AIDS formulation. He also observes that, before AIDS surfaced in the early 1980s, the CDC was a fading institution, and was in danger of losing most or all of its funding—and desperately needed a new epidemic to bring it back into the spotlight. Mullis implies that the CDC was consciously and desperately casting about for a novel germ it could tie to a health threat, and was proceeding beyond the bounds of rigorous science to get there.

Audiences unfamiliar with AIDS controversies that have been brewing for 20 years under the radar will be thrown back in their chairs. They will come away from the film with a slew of doubts about the pronouncements of official AIDS science.

As for “the AIDS professionals,” who make their living building on shaky foundations, they are, of course, livid about the film—as are some AIDS activists.

However, after reading criticisms of House of Numbers, I see no willingness to take up Leung’s many points through honest and complete debate. Instead, as usual, there is name calling and denial.

This is par for the course. Since 1984, when the so-called cause of AIDS was announced on national television, at a press conference—without strong published confirming studies—the AIDS establishment has been tap dancing their way through history.

The fact that people have been dying, and that a better understanding of the causes could have resulted in saved lives, seems to have made no dent in the establishment’s armor.

But that, too, is par for the course.

House of Numbers illustrates an all-too-familiar pattern of modern science in action: a hypothesis is floated by a few researchers; it gains traction and funding; the wagons are circled and the hypothesis is called indisputable; funding ceases for all other possibilities and alternatives; critics are viciously attacked; the original hypothesis is never confirmed by truly independent research.

In this turgid atmosphere, it’s left to outsiders to examine the flawed science. This is what Leung has done. He’s done his job well. A new generation will now have a chance to consider the explosive issues surrounding AIDS.

A MUST READ Review

For those of you that are not familiar, "House Of Numbers" is an in-depth, thought provoking film by young Canadian filmmaker Brent Leung, coming to a theater near you.
It is about to have its theatrical release, as well as a DVD release. (check your Netflix queue as well as apple.com)
This film follows the history of the HIV theory over the past 25 yrs. Mr Leung interviews the top names in HIV "science" while he asks many questions about the problems, inconsistencies, and discrepancies surrounding the unproven theory that HIV is the sole cause of AIDS.
Unfortunately, he leaves with many more unanswered questions than he came with.

How's Your Immunity?

Immunity.
Your Immune System.
It's an important topic. One everybody seems to be talking about these days.
Is it strong? Is it weak? Are you one of those people that "gets everything that comes down the pike?"
Let me start off by saying that this will not be a post about the unproven HIV=AIDS dogma/theory/religion in relation to low immunity. I know many people who are "HIV negative" (and I use that term loosely) who have low immunity and seem to get sick all the time. Every year, at "flu season", I hear from them. They are usually the ones that are running to get their flu shots.
I also know many people that have been labeled as "HIV positive" (and I use THAT term even more loosely) who hardly ever get sick. Maybe the run of the mill head/sinus congestion once a year, and that's about it.
So........on we go.

There are many ways to tear down your immune system, see the previous post for just a few.
This will be a discussion on how to build it up. In this day and age of our very toxic, chemically-filled, environmentally polluted world, one needs all the help they can get in building immunity. An Immune System that will be strong, healthy, and last you a lifetime.

EXERCISE:
Love it? Hate it? Can I see a show of hands?
One of the major components to good, strong immune function is daily exercise/activity. Crucial to staying healthy is a great workout of your cardiovascular system. I'm talking about deep breathing, stretching, strengthening, moving, walking, jogging, yoga, tai chi, bootcamp, biking, dancing, gardening........whatever floats your boat.
Like sports? Excellent! Pick one. Do something. Anything. And do it regularly. Physical activity stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid. The lymphatic system is a series of vessels and glands that transports immune cells and collects waste products throughout the body. Because the lymphatic system has no pump, it relies on muscular contractions to keep things flowing. Yoga, with its inversions that help lymph travel from the extremities, may be an especially effective immune-system booster.
A highly oxygenated body will contribute to being a healthy body.
Bottom line: GET MOVING

COLOR:
Love them? Hate them? Can I get a show of hands? Vegetables, fruits.
Add color to your plate. Because plants can't run away from invaders, they have had to develop their own rich immune systems, which are made up primarily of the phytochemicals that give fruits and vegetables their rich color. The more colors you eat, the more broad spectrum your immunity boost will be.
The REDS: tomatoes, watermelon, and pink grapefruit
The RED-PURPLES: grapes, pomegranates, and blueberries
The ORANGES: carrots, squash, and sweet potatoes
The ORANGE-YELLOWS: oranges, papaya, and nectarines
The YELLOW-GREENS: lettuces, peas, and avocados
The GREENS: kale, broccoli, and cabbage
The WHITE-GREENS: celery, pears, and endive
Not only will a wide variety of veggies and fruits in your diet boost immunity, it will also ward off obesity and combat a variety of chronic diseases and cancers.
Bottom line: Listen to your mother....EAT YOUR VEGGIES!

SLEEP:
Love it? Love it? Who doesn't love sleep? Nothing beats a great nap in the middle of the day. I grabbed one earlier while snuggling by the fire. (Wow, 32 degrees in Florida today)
Prioritize your sleep. Sleeping is particularly important to immunity because during the nightly downtime, the body is devoted to detox, repair, and healing. It has been shown that people who sleep less than seven hours a night were nearly three times more likely to get sick after being exposed to pathogens than those who slept eight hours or more. Another important component to the immunity puzzle.
Bottom line: Make sure to get your proper rest.

HAPPINESS/JOY:
Love it? Well, who doesn't love this mental/emotional state of mind and being. Good, strong immunity isn't just about organs and cells--it has a strong mental component, too. The ability of stress and depression to lower immunity is so well known that it has spawned a new medical field called "psychoneuroimmunology", to study the relationship between the mind and the immune system.
Practice devoting time to pursuits that bring you inner joy, make you feel calm, fulfilled, and at your best. Things such as a strong spiritual life, rewarding hobby, socializing with family and friends who love and accept you, or a contemplative practice that helps you to unwind and reflect.
Bottom line: Strive for peace and inner joy.

HERBS:
Love them? I know I do. I even make my own herbal tinctures.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, aromatic herbs--such as garlic, ginger, and scallions--are all warming and help stimulate the body's energy, or qi (pronounced "chee"). When these particular herbs are used, they will open up the sinuses and the chest, causing a light perspiration, which if you do "catch a cold", will help your body to "sweat it out". You can also use remedies such as echinacea, elder flower, licorice root, astragalus, and many others to boost immunity or speed in healing.
Bottom line: Use natural products that have been long proven effective for many thousands of years before running to the doctor for an antibiotic.

Little Blue Boxes

And so it is, another recycling day in our neighborhood. It comes around every week, once a week. Always on Fridays. I notice recycling day each Friday, not only because my husband puts out our little blue box at the curb, but also because I (try to) go out for my morning jog every day. So there they are, little blue boxes, all over the neighborhood, sitting at everybody's curb.

Now, please forgive me if I sound judgmental. I'm not. I'm really not at all. It's just that, well, here's the thing that, for some strange reason, REALLY bugs me on recycling day.

All the CRAP I see in people's little blue boxes.

You know, all the things that are being passed off as "food". I call them "foodstuffs". Things that come in boxes, cardboard, plastics, things with straws attached, packaging with cartoon characters and brightly colored wrapping. The little blue boxes are literally overflowing with a mountain of toxic, man-made items. All things that these unsuspecting homeowners have consumed, taken in to their bodies, and used as "nourishment".
When I pass by the little blue boxes, it looks like they have vomited up a chemical soup. As I glance over at each one, just out of sheer curiosity, I expect to see the blue box vomit, bubble, gurgle....as if the box itself is trying to get rid of the poison that has been thrust upon it.
I don't think the little blue boxes knew what they were getting themselves in to when they signed up for the job.
The ad probably read something like this: Eco-friendly job, help save the environment, work in a nice neighborhood....etc
I sometimes wonder if they knew what they were signing on for.

I also wonder if the homeowners knew what they "signed on for" when consuming all of the "foodstuffs" in their chemical soup that's sitting out at the curb. I wonder, I really and truly do wonder. I am of the opinion that surely, certainly, everyone MUST know by now the consequences of a diet and lifestyle filled with garbage. Toxins, chemicals, poisons...all man-made in laboratories. Things that have long since been proven to be dangerous to the body, to cause cancers, to make people sick.

By the "puke-in-the-box", it's quite obvious which of these houses contain children. The helpless. The ones that don't get to choose. Then I really begin to wonder. Is it actually possible that these humans have no idea what they are doing to their children, let alone themselves? Is that really possible, in this day and age?

And then I feel a sense of sadness. And I think about all of the unnecessary suffering that takes place due to ignorance or choice.
And I want to SHOUT IT to the world, "Hey, don't you know what you're doing to yourself?" "Don't you realize all of the undue pain and suffering you will most likely go through because of the choices you are making today?".
I realize that most of these decisions are made purely out of convenience. Sometimes out of choice. Sometimes out of just plain, good 'ole ignorance. Sometimes just because people are unwilling to change.

Change.
Change.
That's a tough one for most. It usually comes down to a life or death situation to prompt change. Even then, I have met people that are still unwilling. Even after understanding the consequences.

The Big Lie

"The Big Lie" is a propaganda technique. The expression was coined by Adolf Hitler in his 1925 autobiography
Mein Kampf for a lie so "colossal" that no one would believe that someone "could have the impudence to distort
the truth so famously."

Joseph Goebbels, a German politician in charge of putting out propaganda for Hitler, asserted some years
later, a slightly different theory which became more commonly associated with the big lie expression:

"That is of course rather painful for those involved. One should not as a rule reveal one's secrets, since one does not know if and when one may need them again. The essential English leadership secret does not depend on particular intelligence. Rather, it depends on a remarkably stupid thick-headedness. The English follow the principle that when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it. They keep up their lies, even at the risk of looking ridiculous."

In 2010, we find ourselves steadily entrenched in a number of other "lies", that being propagated by time and use of other well-known fallacies, have become absolute truths to our society.
One of the great deceptions that has been put forth for the past 25 years surrounds HIV science. The large majority of the world has been told exactly the opposite of what HIV has ever been proven to be. Challenges surrounding the isolation and purification techniques of HIV have been debated since the beginning of the so-called "epidemic". The tests, which include the ELISA, The Western Blot, and the Viral Load (PCR) have also been called in to question, even by the orthodoxy themselves. And the fact that HIV was proven NOT to be a sexually transmitted virus is still unknown to most of the world.
The latest blow to HIV junkscience is the upcoming theatrical and DVD release of the new movie "House Of Numbers", currently being screened at film festivals worldwide. It is the journey of a young filmmaker, Brent Leung, and his quest to find answers to his questions about everything he thought he knew about HIV and AIDS. The film has captured scientists from both sides of the debate, those that hold fast to the traditional points of HIV, and those that have dissented from the orthodoxy and demanded answers and evidence on a number of the unproven assertions.

You Can Not Clean The Vaccine

Many thanks to my friend Laura for posting this very important information on her site. It believe it is so valuable, I'm borrowing it for my blog :

We have been taught that vaccines are weak solutions of virus, alive or dead, that are injected to invoke an immune response to that particular virus so that our bodies can make antibodies against it.
We assume it is a clean solution without contamination. This is not the case.

We are never told that the vaccine cannot be separated from cell debris of the live cells on which it is grown. Viruses are not independant living organisms. They cannot be multiplied outside a living cell. Sometimes eggs are used, sometimes monkey kidney tissue, sometimes cancer cells. Cancer cells? Surely not. Yes, indeed, cancer cells divide and grow forever, which is what makes them cancerous. It also makes them useful for growing industrial quantities of vaccine.

So how do they separate the virus for the vaccine from the rest of the living tissue? Well, they can push it through an ultra-fine filter that only allows the tiny viruses through. All the big bits and regular bacteria which might be contaminating the 'soup' should be excluded. All the small bits like the virus, any other contaminating viruses from the cells, nanobacteria, mycoplasmas and cell debris including broken bits of cell wall, DNA, whatever, pass through the filter. So how are those separated?

Uhm, they aren't. They get injected.

Dr Hayflick, a well-reputed scientist involved for many years with vaccines, described how the ‘Primary Culture' method of taking cells from ‘sacrificed animals' or bird embryos ran into problems when ‘it became apparent that these cells contained many unwanted viruses, some of which were lethal to humans.' He noted: ‘Latent viruses were such a problem with primary monkey kidney cells that a worldwide moratorium on the licensing of all polio virus vaccines was called in 1967 because of death and illnesses that occurred in monkey kidney workers and vaccine manufacturing facilities'. The contaminating virus then blamed was the deadly Ebola. This was most serious, but again I could find no record of the public being informed about this suspension or the Ebola. "

"Dr Heyrick told of how the eminent Dr Maurice Hilleman, the scientist I had earlier interviewed about the MMRvaccine, had used what he thought was an ‘intestine-based cell line' to make an adenovirusvaccine, only to discover to his horror that his cell line had been invaded and taken over by the aggressive cervical cancer virus known as HeLa.

I also learnt that DNAfragments contaminating vaccinelots might be from dead cells but nevertheless remained extremely active and dangerous. Dr Golding feared they might combine with other genetic codes contaminating the vaccine lots - and thus create a mutant viral strain that could even get in the individual doses of vaccine.

The removal of this contaminating DNA has proved impossible. The US government in 1986 recommended a weight limit for contaminating DNAof 100 picograms per vaccine dose. But the manufacturers could not meet this safety recommendation, as was explained at this Workshop. Their failure again led the government to relax its standards, applying the 100 picograms limit solely to vaccines produced from cancerous cells, and allowing one hundred times as much contaminating DNA(10 nanograms) in vaccinesproduced on other types of cells. But the meeting was told that vaccine manufacturers now admitted they could not meet even this lower standard of ‘purity.' Thus high levels of hazardous DNA pollution remain in many vaccines.”

So, you must be wondering why you haven't been told about this before.
How do you feel about going for a booster vaccine right now? An annual flu shot?
Exactly.

Okay friends... thoughts, comments? How many of you out there have had vaccines? All of them? Some of them? Knowing what you know now, would you do it again, even if you haven't experienced any undue harm from them? Do you believe they've "helped" you? "Protected" you? Have you vaccinated your children? If so, would you do it again?
Do you think that vaccines are really that important against the spread of disease? Would the large majority of us do well without being vaccinated?

Playing Biological Roulette

   "Mixing synthetic chemicals in our bodies has become tantamount to playing with a chemistry set without an instruction manual. During a speech before the 1994 conference of the American College for the Advancement of Medicine, an internationally recognized expert in toxicology, Samuel Epstein, predicted that one-third of us will get cancer in our lifetimes as a result of this chemical experiment. A decade later other cancer researchers increased the odds to one out of every two of us being diagnosed with cancer at some point in our lives.
   A cancer study compiled in 2005 by three medical science researchers at the University of Massachusetts provided a half century of data showing the pattern of connections between synthetic chemical production and higher rates of cancer. From 1950 to 2001 the incidence for all types of cancer in the United States increased by 85%, and that was the age-adjusted rate, which means the increase has nothing to do with people living longer. The fastest-growing rate of cancer for any age group over the past two decades has been among children, who cannot be accused of having smoked or partied or worked or stressed themselves into a diseased state.
   Since 1950, the explosive growth in certain types of cancer has become mind-numbing. Skin melanoma cases are up 690%. Prostate cancer up 286%. Thyroid cancer up 258%. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma up 249%. Liver and intrahepatic cancer up 234%. Kidney and renal pelvis cancers up 182%, and the list goes on. What triggered this huge explosion in cases of cancer?
   In his speech Dr. Epstein laid the blame squarely on the synthetics chemical revolution. He described how in 1940, by using new technology, synthetic chemicals were created that had never existed before. With the advent of thermal and catalytic cracking, it became possible to take petroleum and isolate particular chemicals and then, with a process of molecular splicing and recombination to produce andy chemical you wanted to produce.
   "In 1940, we produced about one billion pounds of new synthetic chemicals. By 1950, the figure had reached fifty billion pounds, and by the late 1980's, it became 500 billion pounds, including a wide range of toxic, carcinogenic, neurotoxic and other chemicals. Most of these chemicals have never been tested for toxic, carcinogenic or environmental effects."
   The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, a branch of the federal government's National Institues of Health, has posted a fact sheet on its Web site that makes a rather remarkable admission. It is a direct challenge to the synthetic belief system's assurances that having these chemicals in our bodies and in the environment is normal and a benign additive to nature, and to our own nature: (italics mine)
   "We're stuggling to look at where genetics and the environment interact in the human cell, causing a molecule to change that starts a kind of chain reaction leading to disease. Scientists liken the changes to a cascade---a series of ever-larger waterfalls of cellular changes---that may lead to cancer. Parkinson's, arthritis, heart disease, or other diseases. Though we still do not understand the root causes of many of these serious chronic diseases, we suspect they can be caused or triggered by chemicals and other environmental exposures from years before."
   Within the collection of essays that form the book Ecological Medicine, published in 2004, is this forthright and brilliant summary by Kenny Ausubel of the dilemma that challenges all of us: "For decades, the scientific and medical community has accepted that a certain amount of pollution and disease s just the price we have to pay for modern life. This is called the 'risk paradigm,' and it essentially means that it is society's burden to prove that new technologies and industrial processes are harmful, usually one chemical or technology at a time. The risk paradigm assumes that there are 'acceptable' levels of contamination the earth and our bodies undistracted by the 'irrational' fears and demads of the public. The 'science' behind it is driven by large commercial interests and can hardly be considered impartial or in the public interest. Viewed with any distance at all, the risk paradigm is at best a high-stakes game of biological roulette with all the cambers loaded."
   We are confronted every day of our lives by chemical toxins with the potential to harm us. It seems as if there is no escape. So let's be honest with each other. By willingly participating in the risky synthetics paradigm we have implicitly agreed to a social contract in which we are each playing the role of guinea pig in a continuing chemical and genetic experiment.
   Some of us will sicken or die during this experiment. A few of us might mutate and evolve effective immune system defenses. Others of us will decide to not longer play this deadly game. Once the genie of awareness is set loose, once denial is penetrated and the truth is spoken, none of us have an excuse to play the innocent victim anymore."

So I ask you today, just exactly how many chemicals do you allow to be put in to and on your body? Think about all of your personal care products; shampoo, lotions, toothpaste, cleaning products, laundry and washing soaps, synthetics, pharmaceuticals, fluoride and chlorine in your water, herbicides/pesticides/fungicides and other chemicals in your food, hormones/steroids/antibiotics in your food supply, chemicals for your yard or inside your home, air fresheners in your car, dry cleaning chemicals, drugs, alcohol.......and the list goes on.
We choose to consume products called "food", that are nothing of the sort. 'Foodstuffs' in boxes that can sit on shelves for decades, things in plastics, or cans, filled with BPA's and other chemicals. And don't get me started on "fastfood".

We wonder why we get sick? We wonder why our immunity is low? Why do some people experience what has been classified as "AIDS", which is basically just low immunity. Why the explosion of cancers since the early 1900's, when most of the chemicals and poisons did not exist?
Beauchamp had it right, "The primary cause of disease is in us, always in us."
And Pasteur's dying words, "Beauchamp is right, the germ is nothing, and the terrain is everything."

Junk In The Trunk

Today, as we approach the start of yet another New Year, I've been thinking a lot about "junk". You know, "junk in the trunk". We've all got some. I'm speaking metaphorically, of course. If you were thinking physically, then consider getting to the gym more often this year. But that might be for another show.

Your "junk" might be some of that really heavy luggage that you've been dragging around for so long. You know the "junk" I'm talking about. It's probably your most favorite "junk", packed neatly in your biggest and best suitcase. It's folded up in there nice and pretty, so it doesn't wrinkle. You NEED to keep it safe cause you never know when you might want to unpack it, pull it back out, and really dig in to it. Rehash all your old junk. Sift through it, relive every moment you've spent with it, maybe even feel sorry for yourself and your "junk". And when you're done, you'll pack it right back up, just the way you've always kept it.......until you two need to meet again.

"Junk" takes on many different forms. For instance today, when I was not even a little bit hungry, I dug in to the bag of "organic" corn chips. And I ate quite a few. I didn't want to believe at the time that they were pure "junk", doing nothing healthy for me at all, even though I knew better, because at LEAST the were "organic", right? I was enjoying my junk.
So there you have it........."organic junk", passed off as being safe.
Oh how often we enjoy our "junk".

My home is filled with "junk". Really. I'm a trash-to-treasure kind of girl. I've spent a lot of time in the past scouring the "junk shops" to find my little piece of treasure. And it's usually total, complete junk. But I very often see the beauty behind the "junky" exterior. I have purchased many items deemed worthless, broken, junk and transformed them in to things of beauty. A little love, inspiration, paint, and a fun spirit....and you've just created the most beautiful "junk".
So there you have it........."one girl's trash is another girl's treasure-- junk".

Is there someone in your life that treats you like "junk"? Worthless, unimportant, unworthy, unloved.........

I am also reminded of the term "junkscience". There seems to be a lot of that out there these days. Maybe there always has been. I don't know. I don't think so though.
Junkscience is the combining of actual scientific study whose ways have been rigorously shown to work when performed correctly, combined with falsehoods, half-truths, assumptions, and unsuccessful attempts, most often driven by the love of money, greed, power, and prestige. The list of actual "junkscience" theory is well worth discussing.......but that will be for another show.
This can be one of the most deadly types of "junk".

My questions for you are this:
How much of your "junk" do you really enjoy? How much of your own personal "junk" are you just not willing to part with? How much of your "junk" makes you feel safe and secure? How much of your "junk" is dragging you down? How much of your "junk" are you just plain addicted to?
How much better off would you be this year if you left your junk behind?
Maybe if you set it on fire? Maybe if you buried it somewhere out in the desert, in a deep, deep hole, and you wore a blindfold so you didn't know where you'd buried it. Just so you could NEVER dig it back up again. Of course, you'd need a driver.

I've been thinking how wonderful it is to be purchased as something considered "total, complete junk", to be
deemed "worthless, broken, and useless", and then to be loved so much that you are transformed in to a thing of beauty. A treasure. Someone that gives and receives inspiration and love.

You know my friends, the only way to start this process is to begin ridding your life of the "junk", no matter what form it takes.

Living Out Loud

So, I seem to be one of those people who "lives out loud". It's a strange phrase, but one that always seems to come to my mind. I have always been very vocal about what I am sensing, feeling, or experiencing at any given moment. I think it drives my family crazy.
I'm the one wearing stripes and spots when everyone else is in neutral gray.
I'm the one saying something controversial, whether I agree with it or not, just to get a rise out of people.
I'm the one that always "smells something funny" or unusual, everywhere we go, and I make it known.
I love people fiercely, passionately, loyally.....until they cross me. It's not that I don't forgive, I do. It's just that I no longer have use for that "someone" in my life anymore. I know, that's not a very righteous trait. Oh, by the way, I'm overtly honest. I'm not sure whether that's a good thing or bad, but you're never left wondering with me.
I use a lots of CAPITALS, exclamations, and quotation marks when I write. I guess that's my way of getting my point across, on paper. Because when I speak, I use my hands, my eyeballs bug out, I can't be still. I'm very dramatic.
I've laughed so hard, I've ended up rolling on the floor. When I cry, I heave, I sob. It's loud and emotional. When I'm angry, my head spins around and green stuff comes flying out of my mouth. When I believe in something, or someone, I'll defend it to the death.
If you find yourself ill, I'll bring you a meal...gladly. If you ask me my thoughts on a subject, I'll tell you....truthfully.
Sometimes, I'm so oblivious to the earth swirling around me, I may say something to hurt your feelings. And I may not even be aware of it. If so, please tell me, and give me the chance to apologize. Some days, we all just live in a fog.
I think good health is a blessing and a gift, but one that must be worked for. It doesn't come for free. The body has a wonderful, innate way of healing itself, given the right tools and resources. Most often, we willingly pollute our bodies with chemicals, toxins, poisons, food, pharmaceuticals........and expect nothing bad to happen. That's just not realistic my friend. With that being said, achieving and maintaining good health takes discipline and dedication. It takes time and effort. It takes commitment. Unfortunately, with all the people I've spoken to on this subject, the large majority readily admit to me that they "just can't do it".
Change is BIG. Change is HUGE. No matter what kind of change you are seeking for your life, it will require you to dig deep down, to find your inner strength, to give 100% to achieve your goals.

I heard an interesting quote on the news this morning that I've been thinking about all day:

The Beginning

So here I am...... blogging. Technically, I am totally computer illiterate, so this could prove to be a difficult task some days, the days when my husband is not around to help.

To be completely honest, I HATE to write. Even grammatically, writing is not my strong suit, so please don't tell me about my run-on sentences or poor use of punctuation.

But, I LOVE to talk. And sometimes I even have some valuable things to say, so I'm giving it a shot.

I think about a wide variety of topics, all the time. Many nights I can't sleep just because my brain is "always running". My goal here is to share information, throw out topics, some controversial, that I will be seeking responses to, asking "reader questions", talking about the latest books I've read, or the latest scandals out there.

As for me personally, I have been married since 1990 to my husband, Joe, the most wonderful and perfectly suited man in the world for me. We have two children, Colleen (17) and Jack (14).

I have homeschooled them throughout their whole lives and because of this, I think it has made them out-going, talkative, thinking, questioning, personable, world-wise young adults. They both currently attend the local college on dual-enrollment. It has been a most wonderful journey the three of us have taken together! One I would not trade for the world.

I am a dog lover (we have 4) and a 75% raw/living foodist.

I also have "AIDS", according to the establishment. I have "supposedly been infected" since the late '80's, I took the drugs for 11 yrs, discovered the truth surrounding the HIV theory, quit all of the meds in April 2007, and have since regained my health.
